Our dietitian-designed meal planning app provides weekly meal plans to make healthy eating easier for busy families. The weekly seasonal meal plans are include recipes and grocery list and support a variety of health conditions, including blood sugar balance, brain health, anti-inflammatory, and heart health. Macros are balanced for 20+ g protein, 45-60g carbs, and 5-10 g fiber per meal. Customize your menu by substituting recipes from our database of 800+ options. Adjust your menu to meet the needs of gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or vegan eaters. Enjoy the flexitarian meals planned and balanced by our Registered Dietitian, diet culture not included!
